Customer complaints against Banks The Financial Services Authority has an official definition of "a complaint" and all regulated companies must keep detailed information about complaints made by customers. They've recently published the complaints figures for July - December 2010, in an attempt to "name and shame" the worst 800 institutions. Here are some figures.
